- Consider migrating to WPF in order to make DPI aware UI

Functionality:
- Type a string to see the result (test the font)
- Export image with All characers table

Bugs:
- In some cases after switching to a symbol dotPanel mouse move causes "Out of range" exception (history.Pre after width change?)
